Sally Hansen ‘Crackle Overcoat’ in 01 Snow Blast
After layering the Sally Hansen Crackle overcoat on top of
the near black polish these are the results:
I've found Sally Hansen Crackle polishes do a good job at giving the crackle effect. Although, I have found their consistency in comparison to OPI Shatter polishes quite thick and with a longer drying time overall.
