| Romantic Spring Wedding Look | Top 3 Tips To Achieve Stay-All-Day Makeup |

When I think of makeup with staying power I look for keywords on packaging like "long-lasting" "matte" "oil-free" "15 hour wear" and so on. If an event is outside it's important to incorporate an SPF into your routine. Be it applied as a pre-makeup moisturiser, or my favourite, in your liquid makeup! Anything to save some time!

This past weekend I attended my cousins wedding. It has been quite some time since I've been to a wedding. After planning an outfit, I was left thinking 'What makeup should I wear?' It was going to be a long day of driving to & from the venue (3-4 hours), the ceremony, and a reception. I knew I needed makeup that would last ALL day long!

TOP 3 TIPS TO ACHIEVE STAY-ALL-DAY MAKEUP

#1: PREP YOUR SKIN

Day to day I don't use a primer, this just means my make-up will only stay flawless & fresh for a limited amount of time. BUT if I need stay-all-day makeup - primer is key! A primer basically works like a barrier for your skin, it smoothes your complexion and fills in any visible pores & lines. Primer creates the optimum base for a make-up look! The primer barrier ensures your make-up doesn’t slip & slide throughout the day. Pairing a primer with a long-lasting foundation and you’re guaranteed impeccable coverage that will last.

#2: POWDER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND
